This User Privacy Policy applies to your use of this website and all CLIXPIN applications, services (including payment services), products, and tools (collectively the "Services"), regardless of how you access or use these Services, including access via mobile devices and apps. While providing our Services to businesses and other organizations who enter a contract with us (our "Partners"), we may receive information related to the Partners' consumers and other third parties. By accessing or using our Services, our Partners have signified that they have read, understood, and agreed to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data (through them) as described in our Privacy Policy. CHILDREN
Our Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age and older. CLIXPIN does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to submit any Personal Information to us. If you believe we might have any information from or about an individual under 18, please contact us at privacy@clixpin.com. If we become aware that a person under 18 years old has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may change this User Privacy Notice at any time by posting the revised User Privacy Notice on this website and indicating the effective date of the revised User Privacy Notice.
